October 23rd update: Time flies - and we have been working hard on the campaign trail! (A cliche, I know, but canvassing across Clermont really is like following a trail). With less than 2 weeks to go we have called on about 500 households and met close to 200 people. The "Sign Wars" have heated up all over town - from Woods Rd. to Turky Hill Rd. - there are signs out for many of the candidates up for election on Tuesday, November 4. You can visit the Columbia County Board of Elections website for more info on when and where to vote (don't forget you can start voting Saturday). We're almost at the finish line - let's win this thing!
October 12th update: We're continuing to canvass and meet the people of Clermont, and hearing about their concerns, issues, and frustrations. A message I want to share with everyone is that we're all in this together - we're a small but unique town, but I can assure you that my plan is to work for everyone - not just Dems or Republicans, or independents or undecideds, etc. We're never all going to agree on everything at the same time, but we can work together to make improvements for the greater good of the community.
October 3rd update: The campaign yard signs have arrived - if you want one please let me know - supply is limited!
September 29th update: We had a wonderful turnout for our fundraiser on Saturday night, and I want to thank everyone again for showing up and for all the help with the event. The most important part of this whole thing of course is the turnout, so Tyler and I just want to remind everyone to VOTE, and to make sure you tell your friends and neighbors to do the same!

I am a husband, father, artist, and entrepreneur. Born in New Jersey, I have been a resident of Clermont since 2013, when we relocated our family here after several years abroad, including stops in the US Virgin Islands and Italy.
I have spent most of my adult life running various small businesses, mostly related to Internet technologies and marketing, but after relocating to Clermont I started working at Taconic Biocsiences in Germantown. I left that position a few years back as the Associate Director of Marketing & Technology. Currently I run a website about Florence, Italy, and consult for various companies in the life sciences and biotech sectors.
My campaign will focus on:
In the next few weeks, I hope to meet as many of Clermont's residents as possible - from all political parties. I want to hear your issues, and when elected do everything possible to continue to improve our local government, including better communications, services, tackling problems old and new, making creative use of our resources, and finding more!
Please check back soon for more news, and if you can help the campaign, with even a few dollars, it helps us enormously to get our message out and turn out voters on election day:
